Kingbridge Conference Centre and Institute is a full service hospitality venue focused on the discipline of collaborative convening.  We offer our clients a Collaboration Studio where services are available that merge the theory and practice of collaborative strategies.  We invite leaders to come together for meaningful interaction and dialogue, reflect upon and challenge their current ways of thinking and acting, practice convergent decision making, and collectively and individually build new capabilities.

Dean Kamen is an inventor, entrepreneur, and tireless advocate  for science and technology. His passion and determination to help young people discover the excitement and rewards of science and technology are the cornerstones of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology).

FIRST was founded in 1989 to inspire young people’s interest and participation in science and technology. Based in Manchester, NH, the 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit public charity designs accessible, innovative programs that motivate young people to pursue education and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math, while building self-confidence, knowledge, and life skills.

The MASIE Center is a Saratoga Springs, NY think tank focused on how organizations can support learning and knowledge within the workforce. He leads the Learning Consortium, a coalition of 240 Fortune 500 companies cooperating on the evolution of learning strategies.

While people have talked about collective intelligence for decades, new communication technologies—especially the Internet—now allow huge numbers of people all over the planet to work together in new ways.  The recent successes of systems like Google and Wikipedia suggest that the time is now ripe for many more such systems, and the goal of the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence is to understand how to take advantage of these possibilities.
